The Emperor Collection is Namiki’s highest ranking series. An outstanding pen of impressive size and appearance. Emperor-sized maki-e pen, rendered by artist Yasunori Sakamoto in gold, black and light violet. Originally available for a very brief time, it has become quite scarce. Clusters of delicate purple wisteria, signifying love and affection, hangs over a pair of stag and doe. The deer connotes longevity and, as a pair, life-long steadfast fidelity. This pen employs an eyedropper filling system. It is fitted with a two toned size 50 18kt-750 gold Medium (M) nib and presented in a paulounia wooden box with outer box, pipette and papers.
