MONTBLANC No 2 Long Precious Metal silver (900) safety filler clipless

MONTBLANC No 2 Long Precious Metal (top of the line) safety filler clipless fountain pen fully covered with silver (900) alternate wavy lines and plain bands pattern. Circa 1928 – 1934. Enamel star. Crisp imprints. We routinely define pens like this as bearing a triple signature, and namely :

1. Mont – Blanc cap imprint
2. (900) silver hallmark on the top of the cap
3. The blind cap correctly shows a #2 engraving.

14 Carat #2 Montblanc retractable nib. This nib is wonderfully responsive with plenty of flex. It comes with a new cork. Fully working and ready to write with. Exceptional conservation status. A very elegant pen in impeccable condition. Rare.
